An unpasteurised and unfiltered craft Pilsner-style beer with the rich hoppy flavour of Saaz and Premiant. It has a light body and golden colour. It is brewed with Pilsner and Bavarian malt using traditional methods, i.e. barley is dried on the floor of the malthouse.
Breaking the stereotypes about dark lagers. It turned out great, not sweet, and is wonderfully drinkable and refreshing with interesting notes of roasted coffee beans. The distinct hop aroma of the fine Saaz and the stronger Premiant hops supports a higher, yet not overpowering bitterness, and a pleasant carbonation.
